Kvnvas LLC has policies and procedures to enhance collaboration and streamline project workflows. Key elements include a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure bookings, standardized timelines based on project types, and flexible rescheduling options to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. These policies and procedures are designed to ensure clarity, maintain high-quality deliverables, and foster stronger relationships with our clients.

DEPOSIT:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining 50% will be due upon the final delivery of services. We are committed to delivering high-quality work, and the deposit demonstrates your commitment as well. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, which is why the deposit is transferable to rescheduled projects and future events if necessary.

PAYMENTS:

Our payment processing is handled through QuickBooks. You will receive a link with several payment options including Debit, Credit, Bank, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo. If you would like to pay via check, please make check payable to “Kvnvas LLC” and include the invoice number in the memo section of the check.

FINAL DELIVERABLES & TIMELINES:

Final deliverables will be provided in alignment with the agreed-upon project timeline, ensuring all milestones are met with precision and professionalism. Clients will receive regular updates throughout the process to maintain transparency and ensure the timely completion of all deliverables. Standard editing deliverables will be ready within 7-10 days from the date we receive all required files from you to complete the project. For circumstances where expedited editing is needed, it is possible to receive your deliverables with an added fee to the total remaining balance.

Once all work files are delivered, any unauthorized editing, modification, or alteration of the deliverables will constitute a breach of intellectual property. If you would like modifications to be made to a project, please let us know, so we can handle them professionally and in alignment with Kvnvas quality standards.

LATE FEES:

A late fee of 15% of the outstanding balance will be applied to the overdue amount per month, if payment is not received within 1 week of the completed date.

CREDITING:

We value the importance of proper recognition for our work. Crediting is a standard practice, much like an artist signing their name on a painting—it acknowledges the effort, time, and skill invested in the project. We kindly request that credit be given in the following manner on all social media posts, websites or print, etc.

By default we include our Kvnvas Outro to all video content. If you would like that removed, please let us know and still provide proper credit in the description of the video or project.

SERVICE PROVIDER RELATIONSHIP:

Kvnvas LLC acts as an independent contractor and not as an employee. The services provided by Kvnvas LLC do not create a partnership, joint venture, or any other fiduciary relationship between the client and Kvnvas LLC.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

Client shall own the final deliverables upon final payment. Kvnvas LLC reserves the right to use the final deliverables, and raw content for promotional purposes in portfolio, website, commercial promotion, or social media content.

BRAND CONSISTENCY:

Kvnvas LLC will use reasonable efforts to ensure Client’s desired Services are produced in a style and manner consistent with Client’s current brand. Kvnvas LLC will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by Client. However, Client understands and agrees that; 1.) Creative services are often a subjective art and Kvnvas LLC has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique, 2.) Kvnvas LLC will use artistic judgment when providing services for Client, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions. 3.) Although Kvnvas LLC will use reasonable efforts to incorporate Client’s suggestions and desires when providing Client with the Services, 4.) Kvnvas LLC shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services, 5.) Kvnvas LLC has no responsibility to the client if the deliverables do not lead to the client’s desired result(s) (i.e., profits, sales, exposure).
